Southern Style Towing - Jackson - Online Auction

Southern Style Towing is responsible for removing vehicles throughout Georgia on behalf of Private Property Owners. Because these vehicles were towed at the request of a private business, a branded title search was not performed. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE
A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.
A $100 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
All credit card payments must be approved by Peak Auto Auctions.
To complete payment, you will be required to provide an image of the credit card and a valid photo ID that matches the name on the card.
Please call: 720-232-2304 for credit card approval.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Invoices may not be split to circumvent this rule.
Most vehicles in our auctions run and drive or have minor issues such as missing keys or mechanical concerns. However, we do not road test vehicles and cannot guarantee their condition at pickup. If a vehicle moves around the yard, it is considered in running condition. Please note that vehicles may sit for extended periods, and a running vehicle at intake may not necessarily start upon pickup. All vehicles are sold with a court order were you can get title same day or will come with a title.
