Whitlock Towing is responsible for removing abandoned and impounded vehicles throughout Walton and Gwinnett counties and the surrounding areas. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE
A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.
A $100 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
All credit card payments must be approved by Peak Auto Auctions. All credit card payments will need to be made with Peak Whitlock Towing will only be accepting cash payments.
To complete payment, you will be required to provide an image of the credit card and a valid photo ID that matches the name on the card.
