Unless otherwise announced all vehicles in this auction were abandoned and will be sold via court order.
Southside Wrecker is responsible for removing vehicles throughout Metro Atlanta on behalf of law enforcement. Because these vehicles were towed at the request of law enforcement, a branded title search was not performed. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL VEHICLES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A SALVAGE OR OTHER BRANDED TITLE. YOU AGREE TO PERFORM YOUR OWN TITLE RESEARCH & DUE DILIGENCE.
A $100 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to each winning invoice.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Invoices be split to circumvent this rule.
