CSS Transportation is responsible for vehicle removal in Cobb County as well as Private Property Impound and law enforcement. Unless otherwise announced all vehicles in this auction are sold as derelict.
You understand that all vehicles may or may not have a salvage or other branded title. You agree to perform you own branded title research & due diligence.
A 13.5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price.
A $100 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
